Bound For Lead
by R.B. Tetro
Jacob Clay was born an outlaw and lived as an outlaw until the day of his eighteenth birthday when his older brother left him for sacrifice so that he and the rest of the gang could get away. Now, Jacob’s trying to right all the wrongs he committed, by hunting bounty for the marshal that gave him a new direction on life—but he’s haunted by the memories of all the lives that he’s taken, and longs for the peace and grace of God’s forgiveness.
It’s not until he’s forced to confront his past, in order to protect the woman that he’s fallen in love with, that he feels the slightest bit of redemption. The only problem is: he’s in love with his brother’s wife, and in order to save her, he’s going to have to face his older sibling who’s been bound for lead—just like Jacob—since the day he was born.
